Nikolay Malyarov is the executive vice president, chief content officer, and general counsel at PressReader, a digital publishing company located in Vancouver that he helped build from the ground up. PressReader is now the global leader in multichannel, cross-platform content distribution and the partner of more than three thousand publishers. Malyarov has also worked for NewspaperDirect, a digital newspaper distribution and publishing operator. He received a JD in law and an MA in European studies from the University of British Columbia and a diploma from the University of Bonn in Germany. He speaks Russian and Latvian.
