Kevin Ryan Jenkins is a Battle Captain and Blackhawk pilot in the U.S. Army. Jenkins has previously served as the Battalion Commander’s Adjutant managing personnel and human resource issues for approximately 250 soldiers, a Senate District 12 chair in Salt Lake County for the Republican Party, and as a personnel and administration officer at the Utah Army National Guard.
