Latter-day Saint Charities is partnering with Feeding Children Everywhere, American Airlines, JustServe, and participants of the United Nations Civil Society Conference to assemble 375,000 meals for needy children. Volunteers are needed to supervise tables where volunteers will be assembling meals. This is a tremendous opportunity to work alongside people from many parts of the world who will be here to attending the United Nations Civil Society conference.
This activity will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City. For security reasons, there will be no parking at the Salt Palace, so volunteers will have to park at City Creek Mall or on surface lots nearby. Groups can also take Frontrunner and Trax to the Salt Palace.
