Students can earn up to $37,500 annually toward tuition and related expenses for a two-year master’s degree, along with mentoring opportunities and internships. The Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship leads to a career in the U.S. Department of State Foreign Service, a uniquely rewarding career of international service. Foreign Service officers represent the U.S. in countries around the world by promoting human rights, assisting American citizens overseas, enhancing prosperity and development, deepening ties between the U.S. and people around the world, and supporting U.S. global values and interests.
Eligibility:
1. Must be seeking admission to graduate school for fall 2020 at a U.S.-based institution
2. Must have a 3.2 cumulative or higher GPA
3. Must be a U.S. citizen
