Kelsey Zarbock recently started working as a budget analyst for Provo City after spending two years as a policy analyst for the Provo City Council.
As a budget analyst, she helps monitor city spending and prepares financial documents. As a policy analyst, she helped City Council members make informed decisions about proposed legislation and budgetary matters. Originally from Puyallup, WA, Zarbock moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University where she earned a BA in political science and a master’s degree in public administration (MPA). As a student, she interned for Congressman Darrell Issa in the U.S. House of Representatives and for the Orem City Manager’s Office. Zarbock also spent time volunteering in Latvia and Ghana. In her free time, she enjoys running with her husband, playing the violin, and serving as a board member for the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Network.
