A free musical production My Family. Mi Herencia, featuring Luz de Las Naciones, which means “light of the nations,” is an annual musical production celebrating cultures and stories from Latin America and featuring over 1,000 people in the cast, including a youth and young adult choir, musicians, storytellers, and dance groups. Previously held at Christmas, this year the event was moved to coincide with RootsTech family history and technology conference sponsored by FamilySearch.
The event will be held in the Conference Center on Temple Square and live streamed on lds.org/latino2018 in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
All interested persons are invited to attend this free, nonticketed event. The production is multilingual and will be easily understood and enjoyed regardless of language.
