Rachel Vogelstein is a senior fellow and the director of the Women and Foreign Policy program at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in Washington, D.C. Vogelstein’s research is on the relationship between women’s advancement and prosperity, stability, and security. She has also written Ending Child Marriage, Women’s Participation in Conflict Prevention and Resolution, and Building Inclusive Economies.
