Meghan L. O’Sullivan serves as the Evron and Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice of International Affairs and as the director of the geopolitics of energy project at Harvard Kennedy School. O’Sullivan also works as an adjunct senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Her expertise includes nation building, counterinsurgency, the geopolitics of energy, decision-making in foreign policy, and the countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
