We are pleased to invite you to be a part of the 19th Annual Festival Latinoamericano, held during Labor Day Weekend (August 30,31, September 1 and 2, 2019) at the Utah County Historic Courthouse in downtown Provo, Utah. People from all over the state and surrounding states attend the festival to enjoy ethnic foods, entertainment, arts and crafts, and carnival rides.
