Military diplomacy adds a new and useful dimension to traditional diplomacy. Enlisted soldiers practice diplomacy by engaging with foreign populations, but what does that mean in training and educating U.S. Army soldiers?

Join UCCD for a pre-lecture reception with General David G. Perkins, 4 Star Commanding General with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, in the Jewett Center for the Performing Arts at Westminster College.  Following the reception, Perkins will be the Ambassador John Price & Marcia Price World Affairs Lecture Series guest lecturer.
