Leonardo Osorio was a foreign service specialist in the Human Resources officer career track for over ten years. Osorio’s assignments included Kenya, Venezuela, Belgium, India, Mauritius, South Africa, Mexico, Thailand, and his home country of Colombia. In the private sector since 2012, he is a senior consultant and global vice president of HR for a private financial company. Osorio is a Kennedy Center IR graduate and received a MSW from the University of Utah. His wife, Teresa Wortham, worked in several U.S. embassies along the way.
