Bruce L. Brower is chief of party for the RAPD-South, USAID Agricultural Development Project in Afghanistan. Previously, Brower was a senior vice president and officer for Central and Eastern Europe with Chemonics International Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based development company. His development projects in agriculture, natural resource management, judicial reform, banking, and finance have taken him to Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
