The Math Refresher Course is a zero-credit-hour class. Every student enrolled for this class will receive a passing grade (P). Although this course is offered under the College of Engineering and Technology, it is open to all majors at BYU.

STDEV 150, 3-credit-hour course
Public speaking is a skill required for many professional careers as well as during your time as a student. What to expect from this course:
- Learn how to speak publicly so your audience will listen and understand.
- Produce and employ effective visual aids in your presentations.
- Construct and deliver effective extemporaneous public speeches.
- Manage speech anxiety and effective use of nonverbal communication to inform, persuade, enlighten, and impact your audience.
- Develop analytical, listening, and observation skills.
IAS 301, 1-credit-hour course
- Every Wednesday during fall and winter semester @NOON in 238 HRCB
- Weekly lectures by national and international authorities on world affairs; this is designed as a class for all David M. Kennedy Center majors and is your chance to learn about the world from right here in Provo!
Bus M 596R, 3-credit-hour course
- Develop your language skills further and learn to analyze and discuss important aspects of the business environment, specialize your vocabulary, and describe basic issues and themes in your field of work.
